Day 01 :-Allahabad from Varanasi

Pick up from Airport/railway station/hotel/resident and drive for short tour to Allahabad. Latter visit to Sangam (Meeting point) of the three rivers – Ganga, Yamuna & Saraswati. Sangam – overlooked by the eastern ramparts of the Allahabad fort, wide flood plains and muddy banks protrude towards the sacred Sangam. At the point at which the brown Ganges meets the Greenish Yamuna, pandas (priests) perch on small platforms to perform puja and assist the devout in their ritual ablutions in the shallow waters. Enjoy bath in Sangam to get rid of all your sin.

Latter we will cover the other spot in Allahabad like Hanuman Temple and Allahabad Fort. Latter proceed for Anand Bhavan – one of the country’s best-running museums in memory of Jawahar Lal Nehru. Swaraj Bhawan – the house where the former Prime Minister of India Mrs. Indira Gandhi was born and Jawahar Lal Nehru planetarium. Latter enjoy some time at Bharadwaj park/Alfred park (if have time and interest).

Latter visit Khusro Bagh:- It has an old and tall doorway of 60 feet. This place is open from 8 AM to 8 PM. Khusrau was Emperor Shah Jahan’s elder brother, who died in 1615. The tomb finally was made after seven years of his death.

Allahabad is also famous for its special variety of Guavas.

Latter drive back to Varanasi and drop to airport/railway station/hotel/resident.
